High Tech Plant and Equipment

Our new processing plant was built to the highest specification. It is fully chilled throughout and is certified to BRC A Grade. There is full product and staff segregation within the factory. There is considerable room for further expansion of processing & packing areas within the present site.

The plant is equipped with a Limas 3 step potato peeler, a Limas 4 step carrot peeler and the latest slicing & size reduction machinery, an on-line optical colour sorter for ultimate defect removal and modern multihead weighers with form fill & seal machines to provide optimum accuracy combined with high capacity.

The plant is also EDI ready. The EDI system is the bridge between trading partners. An EDI enabled company is able to exchange business documents efficiently through secure computer networks.
